Went to Drive-thru at 4:00, Monday the 8th of August. Bought 2 for $6 deal, one a chicken sandwich. 1st they squirted ranch... sauce 1/2 on 1/2 off the bread, topped with 1/2 brown lettuce, topped by 2 little pcs of mostly breaded chicken. The new fish n chips basket was extremely good and the Buffalo chic sandwich was good as well. However the crispy chic sand was... terribly. Overcooked and hard as a rock! Thank God the fries were amazing and filled me up! Read more
Terrible. Terrible customer service. Everything is just terrible about this location. If you want Arby's, go to the one further... down mid rivers in between the mobile and Wendy's. So much nicer, foods always good. The guy on the speaker was extremely rude,and wouldn't let us talk, and whenever we tried telling him that we didn't want certain stuff on a sandwich we got no reply whenwe asked if he heard us, his response was "yea I got that your total is $$$" we weren't rang up for the right items, the manager(I'm assuming she's the manager) was no better. I placed a special order and of course it was made wrong. I went back through the drive thru and asked for the correct items... then they asked if there was anything else I needed and I replied not un less you want to remake my 2 large fries that aregetting cold. The response was No I don?t? I got to the window 3 cars later and started to rant. Of course I was not happy withthe response of I don?t want to make new fries. Then the manager started going off on me . My reply was I paid for warm food andI got it cold. I?m done. So I take off and get home with my order. When I opened the re made order it was wrong again. How haris it to make a chicken and cheese only sandwich. I will not be returning to this location ever and I?ve been going there sincethey opened. GOOD By ARBYS at mid rivers mall dr. This location seems to close whenever they choose... even if you were sitting in their closed in line for 20 minutes long before... 7:00pm (I could see them and they could see me) which is when they claim they were closed, right when I was at the speaker toorder, they chose to turn on their "Sorry We are closed" message on the speaker .... Just as I reached it with no one else inline. Not only did they fail to serve me at 6:46 (I was the last car) ... they let me sit in a 3 car line trapped... while theyserved everyone else on 12/17/21. The "boy" at the window totally turned his back on me when I drove through and I checked thetime it was 6:56 after I waited for those 3 cars to allow me out. They refused to pick up the phone and answer a call. You needto hire people that will work till close. I won't be coming to your location there again. You shouldn't be in business at allif you cannot teach your employees to have the decency to wait on the last person that was in line before 7 pm. It is patheticthat this Arby's isn't open in the evening. All winter they could find staff to work there and taped a sign up. Arby's can notlonger claim to be in the lead when they can't even stay open until 7 pm. I just went to Wendy's on Jungermann Rd because theystay open and take care of their customers. No business should leave a customer trapped in their drive through line and refuseto serve them before close of business... we are living in a different time, someone like me who is older will just write areview like this but do that to the younger generation and see how that pans out for you. The classic roast beef sandwiches were decent. The curly fries were really good and so was the strawberry lemonade. I ordered a... Gyro that wasn't put in the bag but going through the drive thru my problem was remedied quickly. All in all a good Arby's. Read more
