Went to pickup order as the ambience is just always rude . As I'm getting my order , I ask if I could use the restroom . The... worker pointed to the back , and as I'm walking she yells " You no make mess either!" Coming from a customer service background, and being a woman in my 50's , I looked at her puzzled . She then tells me to get look off of face , and if I don't like it togo to gas station. Just looked at their reviews , and now I see I'm not the only one . ***Awful just pure awful! Terrible customer service*** By far the worst customer service of my lifetime on happy cow! Lady was... SO TERRIBLY RUDE and did not care that we were not satisfied. Our food was basically the leftovers from the kitchen and when weshowed dissatisfaction she said well I?m done cooking and we?re not cooking anymore. Just got take out PORK FRIED RICE & BEEF with VEGETABLES... I almost needed help carrying out the 2 cartons...they weighed a... ton. The rice was great...the vegetables were snappy & PERFECT...not over cooked. I am very very pleased. Read more
I had the most interesting experience here. The service was good but, there?s always but, the food was bland with very little... flavor. The worst part was the cup of water I was served, the cup itself was not washed properly(photo attached). I immediatelystopped eating upon discovering this and left immediately. It makes me wonder how clean their kitchen really is. Read more
I can't vouch for customer service but I'm very upset. I ordered food for take out and my order was all wrong. I wanted ma po... tofu, white rice, and shrimp dumplings. Instead I got home to a soup and egg fried rice. You can clearly see the difference inmy receipt and what I'm eating. I'll just eat it because I'm hungry, I don't want to drive back, convince someone for a neworder, and then wait for new food. But to mess up like this definitely says something about the employees.
