Favorite place to get boba by far but the wait times are insane. If you go here make sure you have a minimum of an hour to wait... for your drink/ food the whole staff is inexperienced and works very slowly. Read more
Prior to COVID, That Boba Place in Costa Mesa Harbor & Adams was always our go-to for Boba. The service now in my last visit was... awful! I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I absolutely understand that businesses are short staffed and that we are going through apandemic? However, there?s always the option to be kind. The two employees there on Friday right around the time they opened(2:45ish) allowed me and my child to walk though the door, wait in line a good 5 minutes, then pointed out that we needed maskswhen it was our turn to order the drinks. I was totally distracted after a busy day and had no mask with me? I asked if they hada mask, but they RUDELY SAID NO AND THAT THEY COULDN?T TAKE OUR ORDER. After waiting there the whole 5/6 minutes in line? (Ifyour business requires masks, maybe having some to offer to customers would be a great idea, which is what most customer-serviceoriented businesses are doing) Now, I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND! I really do. I was NOT trying to be ?the difficult ? customer there? Iwas just frustrated at the rudeness of the employees?She told me I can ?order online? and pick it up? (which would still requireme to go get it inside) ? but? ok. I had already promised my child a boba, so I went outside, followed their instructions,ordered online, paid my 3 drinks? it said 15 minutes; we waited? 15 minutes? then 20 minutes? I send my kid inside to ask if thedrinks were ready, they still asked him ?what name is the order under? he tells them, shows them my phone with confirmationtext ? they initially were giving him the wrong order with 2 drinks, he tells them that our order had 3 drinks; they correct itand give it to him; taking a total of about 28 minutes for the 3 drinks and realizing in the car that there was NO BOBA in them!So frustrating! Been to 3 other boba places, this one had the best boba. The food I cant compare because I have only eaten here but the food... here is topnotch for relatively cheap. The popcorn chicken is ???????? That Josh guy in the back is kinda sus tho not gonnalie???????? Read more
Went here with my family after eating at one of our favorite places, definitely was not thrilled to discover these mediocre... quality boba drinks. Namely honey, Rose, and Chocolate were the drinks we had. It?s likely we would have been happier with basicMilk Tea without the add-in flavoring.. The honey tea tasted old and random hints of chocolate that was unsettling. The Rose teawas nasty, very artificial tasting syrup with a slimy consistency and stringy parts of rose pedal that lodge themselves in yourteeth. The chocolate milk tea tasted much like honey tea just more bland, almost didn?t taste like chocolate at all. All drinkshad undesirable pearls, no flavor to be found. Don't list go here for the boba or milk teas. The food here is excellent. My last order was coconut shrimp, salty and pepper... calamari, shrimp fried rice and red curry. All of it was very tasty. Note, you can order the level of spiciness. I find alevel 10 is just right to feel the burn but not so much that the flavor of the food gets lost in the heat. Read more
I go here frequently for my boba craving. They have such an amazing menu, it?ll be hard to choose from such a selection. Go for... the coconut milk tea, you won?t regret it. They?re calamari and chicken combo is off menu but always an option that I love whenyou can?t just have one. I moved 30mins away and still keep coming back! Haven?t yet found another place like this. I love the whole menu; My go to foods... are the dumplings, mild popcorn chicken, and mild curly fries. For drinks the Oreo snow, Iced caramel macchiato, and passionfruit green tea ???? I wish I had one closer but that doesn?t stop me from making the drive!!! Read more
