I usually drop by this location on my way to work for coffee and a croissant. Relatively fast service and helpful baristas.
I don?t like to make complaints because I know people can have bad days but yesterday was ridiculous. I drove through to get a... Mother?s Day treat for myself and a couple friends. After I paid, a younger woman began to give me an order that wasn?t minethen was very upset when I explained that it wasn?t mine. She told me I would have to pay extra to get the correct order. Iasked how much and was ready to pay to which she rolled her eyes and left, still saying that I need to pay extra. I get the sameorder whenever I go to any Starbucks and it?s always the same price so I was confused when she kept saying that I needed to payextra. great location! really nice outdoor seating, and the drive-thru baristas are on top of it????????
Don't say you accept reusable mugs if you are required to use a disposable mug to transfer the coffee from your pots to my mug.... So ridiculous. Read more
Another business is upset that COVID is almost over and their manager started to passive aggressive acting out!!
Ordered java chip without whip cream, lady serving it saw she made a mistake and added whip cream to fix it: she (without)... gloves scooped with her bare hands the whip cream out. The fact that I had to tell her to get me a new one is absolutelydisgusting. I?m very disappointed. Read more
Consistently weak customer service. Redefining bad customer service, sadly within a 20 mile radius this is the only Starbucks... that has such service. Drink instructions aren't followed very well for mobile orders and parking is a nightmare, liv withinwalking distance so will have to drive an extra two miles but at least my day won't be salted by these apathetic employees.
