Horrible service. Went in today at 1:21 pm to order my mom a Java Chip Frap. The store was empty. They had more employees than... customers. Waited at the cashier for a full 2 minutes to place my order. The employees saw me but all ignored my presence. I hadto get their attention by saying "excuse me, can I order please?". Immediately, all of them gave me the look as in I wasbothering them. Then one male employee took my order. I thought it was the end of it. BUT NO. There were people came in afterus. GUESS WHAT? THEY ALL GOT THEIR ORDERS BEFORE I. At least 5 orders of drinks and pastries. I came up to the "Pick Up" areaand made an inquiry of my order, the girl was confused. But when she looked at the cups in front of her, she found my order. Mycup was still empty. She found my order by the name on the cup label. She then reached for the blender and poured the java chipinto my cup. I could how diluted it was because it had been in the blender for too long. She then gave me the drink without thechocolate that was included in the order. She went back. Opened the lid. Squeezed in the chocolate. Then gave the drink to me.It was filthy. The drink had poured out from the cup and formed two thick lines on it. It was unacceptable and unsanitary. Iasked her for a new one. She then poured the existing one into a new cup. I witnessed the whole thing in shock. And the wholetime, another person was talking to her while looking at me. I am sure they did that on purpose because I asked to place myorder at the beginning. I made a call to their headquarters right away and was advise that a ticket has been sent to the storeand that I could get another one at no charge but once is enough. I will still support Starbucks but never at this location.Avoid this location at all cost if you don't want to be treated poorly and disrespectful. Read more

Be in the mall is expensive I guess.. Someone who are nice, they might fired them.. anyway, I order white chocolate with Soymilk... and extra whipped cream, I got the cup and walk back to my car, open the lid. ...no form or whipped cream, I saw only half cupof white liquid. Went back store the girl who made it was playing with her cell phone. I asked her, I didn?t mean to complain,but there are no form or extra whipped cream. She looked at my cup and said, ?.um..I can give you whipping cream but I am sure Imade it with whipping cream?. Then would you just get the whipping cream without excusing? My half cup empty from the beggingwith I don?t know what they used, but the white liquid tastes horrible, like Powderly, I think owner is very stoic. And this iswhat you get when you make your custmer uncomfortable. Brownie is already cold and smaller than before.. that may not be theiroption, but half empty cup with no form or whipping cream, doesn?t make me happy. I should went to other store.. instead.. btw,when an Asian girl was there her whipping cream is half cup as well. Asians work so hard to make their owner happy.. sorry thatwon?t make custmer happy.. no wonder why they got ?lowest stars? I?ve ever seen on Starbux branch.. what a day..???????? Read more

A small but fully functional Starbucks which is located on the first floor of Crystal Court in the South Coast Plaza. While the... size is small, they prepare drinks with the same speed as their larger brethren. This Starbucks was recently upgraded and hasa nice homey rustic look. I have ordered drinks here many times over the years and the service and quality is always high. There is plenty of parking and a full selection of whole bean or ground coffee to purchase. Other retail cups or Starbucksbranded merchandise are in short supply in this store. Read more
If you look at the map inside the mall this is called a "Starbucks Reserve" location which is pretty ridiculous and unwarranted... for what is a mall Starbucks and nothing more. It's just a regular mall store size with a few tables "outside" in the mall. Onthe plus side I walked in here close to noon on a Monday on a drive through the area and the entire mall was deserted and quitenice. Also, this is the Starbucks in the small building. Read more
