Good vibes here at 6 am on a Thursday. Friendly workers and they were fully holiday seasoned out on November 3rd. Nice location... by the 405 for an early stop though I'm sure they have heavy mall traffic later in the day. Read more
Customer service is always so subpar. Five employees doing random things behind the counter. All of them ignored my mom and I... who were waiting at the register. The floors are also just so dirty. There were also several jugs of milk out when the shop wascompletely empty so questionable as to whether or not anything is stored properly. Cashier had an attitude. This Starbucks get alot of traffic. While the drinks are pretty consistent but the place is a mess. The floor is fill with... trash as well as the preparation area. The restroom is out of order and throughout the time I stay, it remains out of order forthe entire time. Read more
Three Extremely polite and helpful ladies work there. They have awesome customer service and all deserve a raise. They even... helped me find a gas station because I wasn't from the area. They actually probably rank number for customer service out of allthe locations I've been to and I've been to so many different Starbucks in different states. The cashier with the braids wassuper sweet and patient. The young lady making the beverages was informative and the other girl helping was so nice. They allwent above and beyond. Read more
