I do not like the fact theres not an actual person to place your order with, but I guess it's alright. I feel like it takes jobs... away from people and I'm against technology taking our jobs away from the people not cool Sonic. Also the drive in experience isa epic fail! Sonic has gone downhill. Chicken sandwich was sloppily put together, not crispy, tasted of freezer burn. The tater tots were not... hot and also tasted old and sad. My partner's burger was dry and tasteless. Years ago this place was much better. Read more

Then they asked me to give them feedback on their support and if they were helpful or not.
