Original review was from 2016 and later edited. The menu is great. The service is also great and there is ample space to meet... with people. The problem is you can only park for free for 20 minutes. if it takes you 10+ minutes from the time you leave theparking lot to when you get your food, you have no time to eat your food, you have to take it to run. very clean and big room, easy for park. But this specialist shop can't use regular gift card and get peet's reward.

Beautiful, handy place for breakfast and lunch. One major weakness....it only has American style breakfast i.e Sweets like... Danish, croissants and cinnamon buns that were undercooked and more sugar than bun. No European continental sandwiches etc insite. Lunch was much better and healthier choice. Also the decaf was broken/unavailable for two days. Not good! Read more

I love Peets coffee; it's my fave chain coffee. I don't like the South Coast, Costa Mesa location because its inside a... Specialty's. Specialty's has good food but their baked goods aren't on par with Peet's freestanding locations. Read more

This coffee did not taste like my usual Pete's. I'm not sure if the product or ingredients used are different when it's inside a... specialty's store, but there was an odd aftertaste to the vanilla latte. And the coffee did not have the usual flavor. Not surewhat went wrong here and I don't go to Pete's very often anyway, but it was not my favorite today. Read more

Not exactly a standard Peet's Coffee & Tea per se, they proudly serve Peet's Coffee and have a Peet's menu, but this is more of... a place that has really great food that also serves Peet's. They look to have a bakery behind the counter, making up freshbreads. The place is roomy, perfect for meeting with friends or business associates, but parking can be a concern because youonly get 20 minutes without a charge. Read more
