Had a wonderful first but not the last brunch at Paragon. The environment is stylish and expansive with several seating options.... We chose the patio. The food was delicious, and we shared to experience more flavors. We had a sparkling rosé that wasdelicious. Service was friendly and just the right amount of attentive. I am assuming the restaurant was just a little backed up and understaffed. But this wasn?t a, ?I have to come back with my... friends for a big time brunch? experience. My wife and I came for a Sunday date brunch. We ordered our drinks and appetizerstogether. They asked for our entree order five minutes later, but the appetizers still hadn?t arrived. Double checked to makesure they got the appetizer order, they confirmed they had. The appetizers still arrived after the entrees which is a hugenegative in my book. It usually helps me gage how much more food I should order. Overall, this brunch didn?t feel like anelevated culinary experience. Everything just felt very mediocre and unorganized. Read more
Definitely a cool classy place...but let's get to the food. The menu is pretty simple which allows for more quality control. We... came for breakfast and ordered filet mignon, chicken and waffles, and tater tots with an egg. All the dishes did not disappoint,not even the tots. My only suggestion would be to use 2 eggs and more of that aioli.. not a complaint, just a suggestion. Wereally appreciated the plating, simple yet elegant...even the chicken and waffles looked stylish. The staff is very friendly andgave awesome service. The food is simple yet elegant.. Definitely went for the less is more style which was a homerun forthem! Paragon have their own location(next to arc)! I loved the new chairs and the decor is chef kiss. It's best to get reservation... since there are live Jazz band and gets busy. I believe Resy/Yelp/Google are 3 ways they take reservation. Must try theirChilaquiles and Avacado Toast with Loxs. If you are also into mixdrink on your brunch, this is your spot! Read more
The food was great! I was thoroughly impressed with the chicken and waffles. The chicken came out nice and crispy yet so tender... when I was cutting into it. The waffles were good too and loved the extra touch of the cinnamon butter on top. It's a pop upspot right now, but it looks like they're going to have their own area in the shopping/dining complex. Not sure when that willopen but I would love to come back for it and eat there again! Read more
It was worth every penny. I wish this place was back home as well, we happened upon it on a vacation. Fresh squeezed orange... juice. Perfectly balanced cup of coffee. Chicken fried filet mignon? To die for. Some places lack in originality & flavor to tryand be upscale, not here though. If I had unlimited funds and stomach space I've have ordered the whole menu.
