What an amazing restaurant. This hidden non profit inspiration is located within a cloud kitchen- where the Chef and his... employees are actually graduates of the cooking program the same business runs in a different section of the building. Thestudents of the program come from traumatic and less fortunate backgrounds- once they graduate the program theft are assisted ingetting jobs, the program focuses on both culinary and life skills. All proceeds from the kitchen go towards supporting theirculinary program. Extremely humbling walking out of that building. This business is doing amazing work for its community.
