Literally came to look for pods and were treated rudely and rushed. I understand they were closing soon but you are literally... just getting pods from a storage room? note it was 45 minutes before closing. Don?t come here. Just do yourself a favor and goto the one in fashion island in Newport. Much better service. Trish-shouldn?t work at places that deal with customers. Give up. Read more

I gave 4 stars because the store is in Bloomingdale's yet they are not fully operational. They said they are waiting for city... permits. You have to view merchandise from behind a barrier, and ask questions. You purchase your items at a register likenormal, but the actual pod boxes you get are from the back. It just wasn't a a nice normal Nespresso store experience. Read more
Normally this would be 5 stats. However, on this visit the cashier was a deceptive. I presented a coupon to her, and precedes to... choose some coffee, she was not happy that I did not already know what I wanted when I got there. The coupon was 1 free withpurchase of 6. I did not see the six part, an honest mistake. She proceeds to ring up the order, takes the payment. She thenhands me back the coupon and says it was not valid because I did not get six. I ask for clarification. She shows me, I agree. Iask her why she waited until after the sale to tell me I did not have enough. With her head cooked sideways she says "it wasclearly marked, that is your problem" unbelievably rude and a good sales person shod have stated before the sale was completethat the coupon needed six, would you like to get more. Always above and beyond with the service. All while keeping us safe . Taking every precaution . And keeping that wonderful... attitude. Not like other stores. They will make you feel warm and welcome. Even though there is no taste bar . Doing therevery best to give you all of the information about what drink you are getting. Very informative and passionate about theexperience ????????. Remember this is my experience and opinion. Based on my experience while purchasing here. Always has stock of the items I want. Today they had new items that I purchased to try. Iced coffee and a #3. I like lighter... coffees. Employees are very nice. They also supply the UPS recycling bags to recycle the pods. Read more
This was 5 stars. However, on this visit the associated person stop serves pod coffee and excuses for ran out of water, after... she back and not even bring water back. She proceeds to help others, ignore us even we still wait for her back. so rude salesassociate person here. I?m not there waiting for your alms. Very uncomfortable place. Also be aware over charge sleeves, Counttotal sleeves qty before swap/ring cardand don?t leave counter unless you are really enjoy long line again, also only have storecredit, not refund after ring your card even they over charge.
