Terrible service. Could not give me any information on when an order I placed through the app was picked up. Refused to refund... my money though the order was never delivered. Told me I had to deal with Uber Eats. I told them this was unacceptable and askedfor the manager. They blew a whistle at me and hung up on me. I called back and a guy answered the phone and just kept saying?hello? and hung up. Called back multiple times and they refused to answer. Called Uber Eats and they said since the order wasplaced through Nekter app the responsibility for refund lies with Nekter. Nekter Corporate agrees. Never, ever again. Read more
