We heard a lot about this spot and decided to try on my day off. Brought the wife for lunch today and we were both so happy... that we came. The lady server was friendly and explained how to order: choose a broth and a meat. Simple. That?s it. So wechose Original and Spicy Pork broth as well as XL ribeye and L fatty belly (yes, we were hungry). The portions are large and wewere so full from the meal. Fresh veggies and tofu!!! The owner checked up on us a couple times and was so friendly. This isnow our go to spot for shabu shabu in the OC!!! Read more

The store design is simple but elegant. Parking lot is spacious for any day in the week. The meat quality is the best among 3... locations I have tried. On top of those is the best customer service from staff. I would definitely come back to try morecombos! Read more

Wow! One of the best shabu places we ever had. All the meat was season well, tender and delicious. Must try.

The spicy pork broth and miso broth were amazing! Fresh and delicious beef and yummy shrimp paste balls. Highly recommend!

I haven?t had Sukiyaki in a long time maybe for 3 years. This was almost perfect. I got the 2 person dinner which includes... shrimp appetizer, saké or soju then 2 hotspots with brisket and 2 large macaroons for $55. Macaroons were a little hard. Read more

First time here and it is an experience forsure. The food was really good, and if you?ve never had it the concept is neat. You... prepare your own pot of boiling soup with whatever meat you would like. And throw in whatever veggies you would like as well. Ireally enjoyed it. It?s a little pricey, but if you want something that is a prepare yourself experience then it?s worth it. Theservice definitely could have been better especially if it?s your first time cause you really have no idea how it works and theydon?t explain anything unless you ask. I wish they would ask you first thing if you?ve been here before and if not they willactually break everything down for you cause it can be confusing. But overall loved the food and I will be back! Nice and clean store. They check your temperature before you get in. Arrived around 5PM and it wasn?t crowded at all. I chose... the sukiyaki broth with Toro fat belly - best combination. Price is acceptable. Will coming back! Read more
