We went in to order. First thing I noticed the dirty door windows. Waited 10 min then a woman acknowledged us. It was 4p.m.... they had no original chicken ready. I went through the drive-thru today to get the two-piece box which has two pieces of chicken and it said two sides and a drink,... for $7.99 which is advertised on TV for $5.99. I get to the window the guy asked me for 12 some dollars and I said for what hesaid for the three-piece combination you ordered then I told him I ordered a two-piece chicken box he just kept arguing with meso I asked for my money back and I drove away worst customer service I've seen in a long time. The guy at the window wasn't thesame guy that took my order either, I think it's one of their tricks to screw you around. Read more
