???? ???? Exceptional food and service. We originally tried to go to the original location in Costa Mesa but the wait time was... going to be 45min so they recommended we check out this sister restaurant which opened a month ago. First up the food wasfantastic. We shared the papaya salad for a starter. The salad was refreshing with a sweet and slightly spicy dressing. Thepapaya was fresh and the peanuts added a nice crunch and flavor. I then had the fried chicken and rice for main. The friedchicken was excellently cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. I liked breaking off the crispy shelland chicken and mixing it with the rice and the sweet sauce that came on the side. The drunken noodles were also very nice. Thenoodles were chewy and the tofu was very well cooked and had a nice texture/consistency. Now to the service. All the staff herewere exceptionally friendly. We were initially seated outside but then they helped us move all our plates and glasses insidewhen a table became available. We also spoke with Jenny the owner and her husband. Jenny also took the time to tell us about thesticky rice used with the fried chicken and how the bamboo cover it comes in gives the rice a distinctive smell. I highlyrecommend this place. Keep up the good work Jenny! *Update, the Khao Soi is phenomenal! The creamy broth was delicious. Thecrispy noodles softened when placed in the broth and gave a different texture to the softer egg noodles. I think this is thebest dish I tried there. We liked Hanuman so much the first night that we went back the next night which is when I tried theKhao Soi Read more

Walked in on a whim with my wife and my gosh it was some of the best Thai food we have ever had! We had the drunken noodles with... chicken (medium) and the Pad Thai Boran. The portions were great and the food was absolutely delicious. We finished with theCoconut Ice cream which was also amazing. They?ve gained a repeat customer! Read more

Had the most amazing early dinner! I've been to their other location as an afterwork treat but wanted to treat my hubby to... something in our neighborhood. We had the ceviche which is always solid. Tried the thai sausage for the first time and it wasso awesome getting different elements to dip and add to enhance the flavor. Entrees we had the rad naa with pork which was afirst for me. It was delicious on its own but you should totally ask for the thai condiments (vinegar & chillies) to enhancethe dish. This was on another level. We ate half the dish before realizing maybe take pics to show peeps. This was soooogood We also had the massaman curry with chicken thigh which was ridiculous. Chicken was crispy on the outside and tenderjuicy inside. The curry was lightly sweet and savory. We spiced it up with the condiments. Lastly we had the creme bruleewhich was delicious. It was like thai tea with a brown sugar crust. My hubby was so happy, we can't wait to go back. I lovemy early dinners and couldn't believe how busy it was getting around 5 pm, early is the way to go. Can't wait to go back! Read more
