Great Restaurant, super friendly staff and the food is outstanding delicious! Try the Grains & Greens salad with Shrimps and... Avocado!! Nothing better than that. Soups are very good, too. Came here very often & love it. They reopened the restaurant forin dining too. Read more

You would expect a stardard Corner Bakery experience no matter which location you visit, right? This review is in South Coast... plaza, Costa Mesa. Avoid this Corner Bakery. It's all to dirty and unkept. Drink station abandoned because no one cared. Dirtyfloor throughout. An unpleasant oder permeates the dining area making the scent the first thing you taste. All easy fixes. Notso easy a fix The staff needs retraining at the top The staff management and below has tarnished the brand and are doing so atrecord pace. Every customer facing employee here has failed upkeep and any attention to detail. There is no customer service orsense of pride in working here. South Coast plaza has constant traffic and this location should be kept up to a higher standard.I cannot recommended this location to anyone and will tell people to avoid this location to save them from the negativeexperience they will have here. We waited awhile as two employees chatted about the days work, when another came to the register and asked us if we were ready,... we replied yes and began to order. The employee immediately asked us to hold on while she did something behind the register, itappeared she was logging in or something. When we ordered she struggled to understand and this took several attempts before sheappeared to understand us. The sandwich was just ok, but the broccoli cheese soup was quite small despite being a "bowl" portionand was only warm, not hot. The seating area was not cleaned despite being mostly empty, it wasn't easy finding a clean table.Also, there was a high table area with one lady who was stretched out across two stool type chairs with her boots propped up onone of the stools while she used her laptop. Kinda gross putting your boots on the chair like that, maybe just me, idk. All inall a low experience considering the premium price. Won't be coming back. Read more
