Great place to go have breakfast, lunch or dinner. I go get dinner and the food comes out the way you want it and comes out hot... and not cold, but the great thing is on Wednesday free pieces of pie ???? with you meals and you can take a whole pie with youas well, great service and plenty of places to sit down. The place was open for breakfast at 7:00 a.m., with a polite waitress, hot coffee and the level of food I would expect from... Coco's. Good, but not like your small town cafe (ex: Old Town Cafe Seal Beach). I was waiting for a car to be serviced andworking from my laptop which was no issue.
