First time at this spot. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and great food.
Very disappointing experience. Our order was prepared incorrectly -it wasn?t cooked well done (the way we have wanted )and we... have returned to the store to rectify the mistake. The general manager was unwilling to do so. The only thing that we wereasking is to our order to be remade for us and he was not willing to do it. The situation was bizarre because we were stuck indebate with the store manager for 10 minutes and the only thing that the general manager was willing to do , was to give us 50%off instead of a apologizing and replacing our meal. Reluctantly we have accepted his 50% off offer and even then ,the burgerswere not well done as we have requested to be . The answer from the general manager was ,that is all they can do. We have toldthe manager that we are well known restaurant critic with 89 million views on our Google maps account and we have showed himthat and he really didn?t care much about it. Definitely not the experience that we have expected from the Burger Lounge.Customer service doesn?t exist at this restaurant. The restaurant is so overrated !!! We will not be coming back. I will take mybusiness somewhere else where I am appreciated as a customer. Read more
Burger lounge has always been great food and quick turnaround times but since the dining room has reopened fully, I have to say... this is some of the best management I?ve ever seen. My wife was actually able to pick a place to eat lunch at and she chose Burger Lounge! The staff is very welcoming and have... excellent communication skills. Burger Lounge is known for their burgers and they are indeed delicious. We had one meet burger and one plant-based burger. The... plant based burgers come with free French fries - very eco- friendly idea. The caramelized onions made both burgers evenbetter. There is good outdoor and inside seating. Edwin our server was cordial and delivered our food fast. The French friesweren?t greasy and were crunchy and good. They are a big portion and heated up well when I took half of them home. In my opinion, the spot is one of the best burger spots in town! My favorite is there a quinoa Burger. I'm usually able to... figure out what ingredients go into creating a dish, but with this burger, I'm stumped! It's texture and taste feels likesomething out of a 5 star gourmet restaurant.
