I came here in a Sunday night, no one was at the counter. I rang the Bell the first time no one came, second time someone in the... back said your food is in the table. I told him I’m placing a new order, he never came out. Once he did he asked if there wasa new order I said yes and the man behind me said no and the guy in the back just walked off and never took my order so I justwalked off. Don’t waste your time or money. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had plus terrible customer service. Decided to try Big... Chopsticks for lunch after receiving a flyer in the mail. So disappointed. Orange chicken is soggy, rice is dry, and the Thaitea that was supposed to have Boba has jelly and a tiny straw that you can’t drink it through. They don’t allow anysubstitutions for the lunch special, so your only option is hot and sour soup which is only so-so. Definitely will notreturn. Their only saving grace was a decent egg roll. I was reluctant to even order from this place due to the unusal low score but I decided to give it a shot anyway and boy, was I... proved right. The person taking my order over the phone was polite, courteous and fast. When I went to pick up the food ataround 10pm on a Sunday night, the place was clean, tidy and well-lit. The food was nicely packaged in a large bag and uponarriving home and taking out the takeout (no pun intended) I noticed the portions were generous and filling. The food is fresh,delicious and is above-average when it comes to fast food Chinese. I ordered the House Chow Mein (highly recommended) the OrangeChicken (one of the best I've tried) and the Honey Walnut Shrimp (truly worth the extra money). Two flimsy plastic forks, no fortune cookies, don't accept cash, no napkins on a $40 order. Delivery ogre left food on front... porch and RAN away, gee, I wonder why?
