Okay?the location is not the most convenient and unlike the other locations, not in the immediate downtown area. That being... said, it was super clean and felt very updated unlike other locations like in Granville. Fresh coat of paint, very clean on theinside as well. Also unlike some other locations when you get 2 scoops, you actually get a full TWO. The only reason I voted 4rather than 5 stars is that they closed the store early by about 20 minutes or so. This location in particular absolutely sucks. Dirty place, and unprofessional staff. My personal experience was with one of my... coworkers, who ordered food that we waited over 5 minutes for (even though we were the only ones there) and you could watch thestaff mess around and drag out the process of getting our order done from the front lobby.
