Out of the last 5 orders 3 different times either something wasn't right like I would up charge and get charged for chicken... instead of beef and it would end up being beef or something was just completely missing and when you live 30 minutes away and ittakes an hour round trip to get down there and back with the prices of gas it's very disappointing it's a shame that I have totake a screenshot take a screenshot of the order so when I send my husband down to pick it up that he can check and make surethat everything's in the bag and what's really more annoying is when they tell you that everything is in there and then you findout it's not. I have enough problem with the quality food and the people there are really nice... It's just a point of pleasedouble check the orders before you send them out the window even if 2 people check it back in the early 1990s when I worked atMcDonald's there was a system where even the person at the window double check the order went over it made sure every piece offoor every piece of food or condiment or whatever was in the bag before it was handed off to the customer Read more
I am not able to eat a bunch of anything green. Because of health reasons. So I ask for extra light lettuce they add double. I... asked for my lettuce on the side and get charged for it. I use to go at least 5 days a week and they never get it right. And thecustomer service is horrible. No hi how are you your lucky if they tell you how much your order is. Holy smokes. I am not quite sure what I walked in on but an older woman was yelling at this young girl. She then proceeded to... throw her hands up in frustration and bang stuff around mad. As I was waiting, along with 4 other customers we heard themyelling and screaming at each other. One even threatened to walk out and the older woman screamed no one is walking out.Everything got really quiet and uncomfortable, I probably will not be coming back, I feel so sorry for the employees, no oneshould be degraded, especially in front of customers.
