Came here for the first time two days in a row. First day they forgot the cream cheese on our veggie sandwich. Second day, they... forgot the cream cheese again and didn't put the additional toppings on our sandwich. Also the customer service on the secondday was pretty sad. The person taking our order looked very upset to be there and generally not responsive. It was just kindaawkward. Really tasty sandwiches though! Mine were made correctly but my girlfriend's veggie sandwich missed some ingredients. Read more

This will be an ongoing review with edits for additions of menu items, and customer experience. Customer Experience: As of... 9.27.22 I'll start by saying the food so far has been mostly good, I've worked through a chunk of the menu and this experiencereflects that. The food if prepared correctly (and sometimes not) is very tasty and reasonably priced. The unfortunate part isthat it seems 50/50 if your food is made as ordered. This can vary from getting the wrong meat, wrong size, wrong fixings,incorrectly charged both undercharged and overcharged. It really does seem very random and chaotic yet with every visit thus farI've only had at most 2 others orders in queue. I have noticed when ordering in rather than to-go there is a greater chance ofsuccess, food for thought. Due to these incorrect orders I have ordered a few items more than once in order to complete thisreview. I do look forward to trying the rest of the items on the menu in time and will be sure to update as I go. Sun, Aug 21: "French Dip: 3/5 I ordered extra meat and definitely didn't get it and it looked to be nota large (on either sandwich) I guess there is no swiss cheese which any good French dip has, my mistake. I haven?t been here since pre-pandemic. My teen son tried it with me for the first time today. We are both uncomfortably full!... He had the veggie sandwich and I had the Avocado, both on wheat. It was so good, we can?t wait to go back! They were very busy,the team of ladies worked well together as they were making a lot of food! Really nice staff, they apologized for the wait(nice, but unnecessary as we saw how busy they were and how hard they were working). So happy to see this place still open afterso many years, looking forward to lunchtime here again soon. Read more
Order a 4 meats large sandwich and specifically said only pickles and ranch several times. I wait 25 mins for my order and when... I got home it had 1/2 pound of veggies on it. I called and explained the issues I had with the making of my sub and she said Imade it correctly. Whst you want me to do about it. Use to be the best subs in town! Large sandwich, and it was large alright. Giant. Roast beef, corned beef and pastrami. A bit salty, even though I asked for no... extra salt- so you do the same. Tasty, but don't expect Togo quality pastrami. Decent. Made fast. Read more
Generally, I really enjoy the subs here. Every time I?ve had them they?ve been very tasty and even the small subs are huge. This... evening I ordered a Ruben and was really disappointed. The pastrami seemed more like ham (was it actually just ham?) and thebread was so soggy it was like eating uncooked dough. I couldn?t get through more than a few bites. In the future I think I?lljust stick to the cold sandwiches, but it would be really awesome if you could make some improvements to the Ruben. Rye breadwould be sweet too. Read more
Outstanding sandwiches on the best bread! Been here a few times and have never been disappointed.
