The worst! We ordered two GRANDE drinks they decided since we have 6 and 7 shots it would be better in a Venti cup! We order the... same drink downtown every day and they do it the way we ask and pay for! How are you going to tell me what I want? We don?t wanta bunch of milk that?s why it?s in a GRANDE cup! $20 for two drinks you would think we get to decide? I call and complain andthey offer to remake it tomorrow and that?s fine but want to know when we will be in? Now we?re on your time? I don?t think so!This is not the first issue we?ve had with this location and they always have some lame excuse. Really pricey, but who cares? You don't go to Starbucks because it's cheap, you go there because you have a drink order that... takes up a whole page, and sometimes (just sometimes), they make it correctly. You know what to expect, and this store isnothing different. Just be ready to pay 8 bucks for a coffee. Read more
