Unfortunately the last 5 times I have tried to order at this location they are out of at least one item myself or my family is... trying to order. Even the staple white rice is frequently not available. We have given up on trying to get what we like here. Read more
The staff, food and cleanliness is good to great here. But it?s PAINFULLY slow. Online orders, combined with door dash orders,... and a line equal WAY too long of a wait. Pretty alright for being fast food. The meals are heavy however and it's largely carb based, so if you trying to be healthier go... over to Walmart and make yourself a homemade meal. Read more
There food is good if you can order it. I have attempted to order 3-4 different times in the past two weeks through there app... and has been horrible service. Either they have had no rice to add as sides (out) or part of an entree, or their app was shutdown and could not order through it because they don't have enough employees. The Panda Express on 9th is in a great location, the restaurant is a decent size, its clean, the employees are very friendly &... attentive. They find solutions to ensure customers walk out happy & satisfied. The manager on duty tonight has been veryhospitable. She made sure to check in with every guest/group to make sure everyone was being helped. Another guest & i had towait for them to make a dish & she offered us drinks while we were waiting for our orders. Just an overall good experience.Lovely staff. Read more

They had no food ready for a lunch rush and I had to wait for the 3 people in front of me to get there food which they were... waiting on it to be cooked instead of taking other people?s order. The lady working the counter was rude and I had to ask 3times for the last chicken egg roll. I have 30 minutes for lunch and I spent 25 minutes trying to get my food. Read more
