I love DB. Always friendly, and great flavors. As a diabetic, I really appreciate that they stock an ample supply of sugar free... options, and are willing to color outside the lines if they can't exactly replicate a drink as a SF offering. The girl working tonight was beyond rude. After handing the customer in front who was clearly a friend they talked for 10... minutes! The. The person drove off and she said nothing to me and didn?t even given me my birthday drink when it was on my app.I paid with my app. She rolled her eyes at me. So rude. Like every Dutch Bros, they seem to really try and be your friend, at some point it just feels awkward, like if I answer your... question, do I have to give you a tip for handing me a coffee? The staff was pleasant, I just don't have the energy toparticipate in a conversation where the end goal is about a dollar. Read more
Service is good, but this morning when I stopped in, I noticed one of the workers complaining about medical offices coming to... the window and ordering several drinks. She was saying they come to the 9th st location and its always during their busy rushand there's always so many drinks. I just want to say the office I work for buys us coffee twice a month and we always getdutch. I just want to say that this helps get us through the day. This helps us deal with upset people when we are shortstaffed, it helps us when we have to work long days. This helps us wake up every morning and drag our butts to work in a medicalfield that is UNDER appreciated in this current state! SO please before you are so quick to judge the person ordering a ton ofdrinks and get mad at them. Take a second to maybe think that we just need a little caffeine to get us through this day.
