In any given order half the cookies are doughy inside which makes them inedible (for me -- I realize some people love cookie... dough.) I assume what's happening is that they are frosting the cookies before they're cooled so that the moisture sort ofmuddies the interior. The flavors are fun, the frosting is very good, and when the cookies are properly made they're great. Butit's just not worth paying that much when the quality control is so poor. (Also, wow does the interior design make for anunpleasant environment. Hard white surfaces don't pair well with glaring fluorescent lights and blaring music.) Read more
