We got take out. It was easy to order online but I didn't know when my order was ready. The food was delicious!
Probably as good as it gets in Corvallis if you're looking for some quick Chinese food. This city is completely devoid of... oriental food but Blue Sky is the saving grace. Portion size is a lot in contrast to how much you pay for. My favorites are themapo tofu and Singamore mei fun, probably the best that I've had in a while. Do be aware of the curry fried rice in particular,however; they use hot dogs for the "ham" mentioned on the menu which I found pretty funny (not complaining though). All in all,Blue Sky really scratches that Chinese food itch, especially if you're looking for more Americanized dishes. Read more
We ordered 4 plates chicken teriyaki and sesame chicken to go and they just sent us skin mixed with lots of sauce. And only one... tiny bottle of siracha. Don't order from this restaurant. Non of us eat to much. Don't waste your money. Read more
July 16 We know prices of everything has gone up so please Raise your price but don't reduce the quality..The steam rice has... changed. The beef has more flour. Please don't be a Panda express. Bluesky was a good quality restaurant. Read more

I miss MN. For the price.... I'm disappointed. got take out. I ordered walnut shrimp. I could smell the frozen friedness... before even getting into the car in its thick breading with some candied walnuts. No vegetables at ALL! The Mongolian beef wassub-par. The hot n sour tastes old. We tried this place to make sure it wasn't the Gem we were hoping for. Read more
