I've tried the Ai Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, and Takoyaki - very solid choices that will fill you up. Ithink one improvement that could be made is the staff. All of the times that I've visited the restaurant outside of peak lunchor dinner hours, it seems that there's only been one server for the entire floor. I love eating here whenever I'm in Corvallis. The ramen is freshly prepared to order, and there's a nice selection of small... plate items and skewers for a well rounded dining experience. Ai Ramen was a delight. Large spacious lobby, staff is friendly, plus big and delicious portions! We tried the Unagi Don (eel... with ric e) ; substituted the scallions with corn, topped with a sweet and salty sauce. Ai Ramen was there pork base Ramen(tonkotsu broth), broth was very creamy and rich. Everything was delicious! We'll be coming back soon to try Izakaya plates. Read more
