I was on a long trip and went in for a hot cup of coffee and a snack around 5:30 but to my surprise they we out of Pikes Roast. ... They offered a pour over which I accepted - next time I'll wait for the regular brew. Pour overs take for ever and instantlycool down while dripping into your cup. Inside the store was very clean, staff were great. Chairs were all clean and comfortable. The parking lot was a different... story. This is clearly somewhere people driving long trips down highway 81 stop often and because there isn?t a garbage can onthe outside of the building it seems everyone just dumps it all in the lot. Old food that had be driven over, and even a bagthat was tied up was placed in the garden area. Very inconsiderate guests considering there is a garbage just as you walkinside. Read more
Ive been a daily Starbucks drinker since it opened. Every year the place continues to decline. It takes FOREVER to get through... the drive thru line. I began ordering ahead and going in to get my order to avoid this half hr to 45 min wait, which worked welluntil the location was constantly locking the inside door forcing everyone through the drive thru. It now takes literally 45mins at the very least to pick up my drink that I?ve already ordered and paid for before leaving my house. Why is the drive thruso slow? Why is everyone forced to go in the drive thru line? Read more
