Don?t bother. The Best thing is the view. The blue crab cake is $12 it was very meaty but bland as far as the rest of the meal.... I had a grouper sandwich with coleslaw and then a side of onion rings. The best thing about that was the onion rings. Thegrouper sandwich tasted too fishy which grouper should not taste that way. The coleslaw tasted like mayonnaise that?s it.Overall it was not worth $45 including a beer. Read more

Love the spicy chowder! Temperature could have been hotter but the soup is delicious , I just ate it fast. I had chicken n... dumplings with a fresh biscuit wish there were more dumplings. The biscuit was delicious! Husband had the red fish stuffed, hehad no issues. We will be back soon. Gotta have more chowder. Read more

We brought friends from out of town looking for fresh seafood. Relaxed atmosphere with decent prices. We ate out on the deck... overlooking the water. Make sure to try the Piña colada and stay for dessert. Read more

Average meal at best. Restaurant came recommended so it may have been a bad day. The Snapper sandwich was fishy tasting and bun... dry. The coconut shrimp were good. The fries tasted fishy so they may fry in the same oil as the fish? Overall disappointing.Great location and views though. Read more

Last nights? dinner at The Sea Shack was absolutely wonderful. The stuffed flounder was heaven sent - the most delicious I have... ever eaten. The rice was an excellent accent and we chose the ?award winning? coleslaw ( with small pineapple chunks). For thesecond entre? we chose the lightly breaded, and equally delicious, Gulf Shrimp. Great ambiance, but the seafood (particularly the local fish and shrimp) were overcooked and dry. I had the fisherman's platter... because I love good seafood and, having lived on the Gulf and East Georgia coast, know good seafood. It was seasoned well, butcooked too long, to the point of being dry. The nachos appetizer was good. The service overall was very slow though. I ran outof tea twice (so did my mother, who was with us) and had to get up and request my check at the end of the meal because I wantsure when the waitress was planning on returning. This place could be excellent if they retrained the cooks and stepped up thestaffing and service. The atmosphere and location being on the marina is great, but the lack-luster service and cooking tookaway from what should have been an amazing coastal dining experience. It's a shame. Read more

Excellent place literally on the ocean. The setting is incredibly detailed and meticulous, the views are amazing from anywhere... in the room you occupy, access is relatively easy with some curve that may be disorienting, but nothing serious. The food isincredible, very rich, fresh, careful, prepared at the moment (and even so the service is super fast). It stands out from its(very complete) menu, seafood. The entrance they give you while you order is also super abundant.
