Consistently great seafood. When my husband craves fried oysters this is his go to place. I love the fried clams and grouper. ... We both love the hush puppies! So good! We have been here a couple times. The food is great but you come for the rough sea atmosphere. Apparently, it is always busy.... You wait in a line to order your food and find a table to sit. Each food item ordered came in it's own container. There is astrong fish smell and if one of the boats takes off, you have a diesel smell. We looked forward to coming back. It is aunique, casual experience. You just have to know what you are going to. It is a dock experience with wildlife, picnic tablesand a few boats. Again, very popular. Read more

It was a gorgeous day to go to Star Fish Company! Sitting out by the water, right where the boats come in with thr fresh catch!... It wasn't busy - I guess the hurricane sent everyone away last week. ???? We had Gulf shrimp, coconut shrimp, and some veryyummy fish chowder! All the food was fresh, hot, cooked perfectly, and very tasty! The coconut shrimp were not overcooked likehappens at a lot of places. And was so naturally sweet that there was no need to use the raspberry vinegarette! The Gulf shrimpwere big and juicy. Even the Cole slaw was good & creamy!
