I wouldn't generally rate a fast-food restaurant. In general Wendy's is great. We were traveling through and in Cortez, his... was one of the few restaurants still open. When we walked in to the establishment, there was a group of workers in the lobbycheating. It took a bit for our order to even be taken. After we finally ordered, the employees continued chatting. Afterabout 25 minutes, our food was finally ready. The chicken nuggets were cold. What was aggravating was the employees notworking and that it seemed like an inconvenience to serve us. We weren't about to complain for fear of our food being taintedwith. At 8:58 PM, an employee approached us and started they were closing in two minutes and we needed to finish up. Read more

The food was good. Customer service wasn't great. Service had a very clear attitude. I asked for a few minutes before ordering... because my partner has to use the restroom real fast. The server just rolled her eyes and walked away. If she doesn't like herjob she should find somewhere else to work because I'll be finding somewhere else to eat from now on. Read more

Bad food and worse service. Just nothing good to say about the whole place, from the service, cleanliness and FOOD. Got a... terrible meal and complained the rudest lady I ever met. Stopped at this Wendy's while passing through. Food was exactly as expected from Wendy's. Service was fast and location was... clean. The bathroom was in need of a little attention but overall the visit was good. I would stop here again for a bite to eatwhile passing through. Read more
Its always somthing you ever get your food so fast you just know it's old... How old you ask? The burger was definitely sitting... above the grill for a while because the bottom bun was more of a crouton. Read more
