My husband and I had the Filet and Coconut Shrimp, salad with Blue cheese dressing, garlic mashed potatoes & squash. Everything... was cooked perfectly and was delicious. It was the best steak and coconut shrimp I have in years! The steak was super tender andflavorful. The pineapple dipping sauce for the shrimp was the best! I would highly recommend Shiloh Steak House. Read more

We had such high hopes for this restaurant since it had such a beautiful patio area, but then we met the waiter who was sullen,... unresponsive and seemed to want to be anywhere but there. But then, after I asked his name (Tyler), he immediately smiled forthe first time, and actually engaged with us. Unfortunately, he had already set the negative tone for our experience. The foodwas fantastic and the patio was beautiful! Read more

The food was very good and the young waitress was very attentive. I had a medium well filet and it was bacon wrapped. Would... recommend them, but be aware it isn't inexpensive. Read more

Could I please give this restaurant more stars!! We're on a getaway to Colorado for my husband's birthday. Could not be happier... that we found this amazing place to celebrate! Briefly met the owner and she was so sweet. We were seated in the patio with "ourwell behaved service dog". The patio is gorgeous! Shaded with beautiful trees and vines so it's much cooler there than an openpatio. The water feature is beautiful and sounds so pretty. Our waitress, Cathy, was sweet and attentive! We had ribeye that wastender and cooked to perfection! Cathy informed us the bread is fresh and baked twice daily. So yummy! Our pup enjoyed ahamburger patty and fresh water. A gentleman, I believe the other half of the owners, brought out my husband's red velvetcupcake and after a great performance he announced my husband's birthday then got the other diners to sing Happy Birthday!Fantastic experience! Excellent food and atmosphere! Read more

Shiloh steakhouse is a fun little place that the locals say it is one place you need to go. After we walked in i could see that... they have a live musician playing music on his guitar and singing. With the aesthetics and the music playing together it givesyou a nice family gathering feel, like your at one of your family dinner parties. We started off with the fried clam strips withlemon and cocktail sauce. The breading is crisp and the clams are nicely cooked. I got the mango daiquiri and my wife the ArnoldPalmer and both drinks are constructed wonderfully. We both got the salad, mine with ranch and my wife got the blue cheese. Bothsalads are very freash and crisp and the blue cheese was very good. For the main course i got the bacon wrapped filet mignoncooked medium rare with garlic mashed potatoes and steak fries. My wife got the country fried bison steak with garlic mashedpotatoes as well. The filet was cooked beautifully and well seasoned so that the bacon wasn't over powering the filet butcomplemented it perfectly. The steamed vegetables was nice and didnt taste like any of them are raw. The skin on the steak friesare nice and crispy and the inside has a nice firm soft core and they are also seasoned well. Our server Akira was veryattentive and very professional and it felt like she was there to make sure we got taken care of. Over all we are very happywith the food that we have been served and we will definitely be coming back here next time we are down here in Cortez Colorado. Read more

Of all the places we ate in Colorado while vacationing with our nieces, this was our favorite place. It was a beautiful night,... and we were seated on the patio. Live music enhanced the atmosphere, and the tiny lights under the umbrella illuminated ourmeal. Tyler greeted us, and lead us to the patio. He brought us delicious homemade bread, with equally delicious freshraspberry jam. We didn?t need the butter. He also brought us water and utensils and napkins. He was a very pleasant youngman. Katie was our waitress, and she, too, was wonderful. She took our orders, after answering our questions about several menuitems. Young niece had an Arnold Palmer to drink, husband got iced tea, snd older niece got the margarita with a grilledpineapple. Hers was the only drink that was just okay - no more grilled pineapples in alcoholic drinks. Didn?t add to thedrink. Young niece got the children?s sirloin tips, with apple sauce & garlic mashed potatoes. She let us taste a little ofeach, and we agreed with her - excellent dinner! Her mom got the potato soup before her entree, and shared it with her daughter. They liked it so much that they almost ordered another - but then they would not have been able to eat their entrees! Mom gotthe avocado salad and loved every bite. I got a smaller version, and loved it, too. Husband got the barbecue ribs - St. Louisribs which were tender and sweet. Since the shoe string fries & house salad with home made dressing (which came with the ribs)were SO GOOD, all were devoured, too. He got asparagus and I?m glad he gave them to me. Soooo good! He?s not a fan of asparagus. But I am! We did not have room for dessert, and we saw the huge cheesecake when we walked in. It looked like the real NYcheesecake we love! Maybe next tine - and we really hope for a next time. This is a fantastic place, and we will be back whenwe are in the area. You who live in the area have a real hidden gem! Read more
