I got takeout: tofu curry with veggies. Excellent! Definitely a go-to restaurant. They can do vegan versions of the vegetarian... dishes. Read more

Not too bad for Marin, where decent Asian food is hard to find. Upon our last visit, we noticed that the interior is getting a... little scruffy with age, and bar counter space could use some decluttering. Food is ok, not great, but will do if you have acraving. I recommend chicken wings for an appetizer, they were crispy and fresh. Pho was so-so Overall, for the value, it'spretty good, especially if you miss the strong flavors and don't want to drive to SF for authentic Vietnamese food. Oh, Thai icetea was yummy, as was Vietnamese coffee. Read more

Food was barely edible. Wilted lettuce with rotted spots, appetizer rolls must have been made days ahead, etc. Just... bad. Hardly any customers, when the other restaurants in the center were fairly busy. Should have taken the hint, but familywas in the mood for what they saw on the menu. Never again. Not only bad, but pricey! Read more

This is definitely not a Vietnamese Rest and they claimed to be one. One of the worse food & service I ever had. The lady server... was not friendly and yet she dressed in sweatpants like she just came out of bed. Read more

This is one of the worst Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to. The food is bland, Americanized, watery and shameful. The... papaya salad came with no sauce and had lots of iceberg lettuce and no flavor. The spring rolls were almost all noodle, flavorless, with very little shrimp and no pickled veggie. The peanut sauce tasted like yesterday's store bought generic. Thechicken salad lacked a complex flavor profile found at your basic mom pop Vietnamese restaurant. I did not try the pho or bun. They had a bunch of Thai and Chinese dishes on the menu, which is always a warning sign. It's lame mall food. Don't waste yourmoney. Fountain water has more flavor....and it's free. Embarrassing for a restaurant in Marin. Read more

I went to La Maison to check out their lunch specials the first time. After sitting for about 20 minutes they had not taken our... order or even brought my group water (there was 5 of us). After looking around I noticed there were only two employees on thefloor (one cashier and a waitress). The cashier kept disappearing and the waitress kept filling bags for online orders. We wereon a time crunch so we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. A few days later I went back to give it another try. This timeI tracked down the waitress quickly and asked if we could order. The food came out quick enough but sadly was just ok. Theportions were small for a $9 lunch special (the picture makes it look bigger but the plate was on the smaller side). I got thechicken eggplant and it was neither bland nor tasty. The workers seem nice but unfortunately the restaurant seems chronicallyunderstaffed. Definitely pass if you need a quick lunch. 3/10 Read more

The food was good, but the lunch gals were not very friendly. Either it was a language barrier, or they did not take a liking... to me. I like friendly service people. It can make a difference for if I choose to go back or not. Read more
