I walked into your J&theJ store yesterday and was appalled to find your young juicer wearing a ?F*** Your Local Police... Department? emblazoned on the back of his red hoodie which customers in line commented on. Does your company want someone likethis representing them? This young man should take a ride with SF Police Dept one night. UPDATE: As you can see below then Igot the 'we are sorry you didn't have a good guest experience' response and 'this will be investigated.' WTH? Well whathappened? I usually like this place, however it was a first at this location. It just wasn?t as good? but mostly I found a HAIR in my... sandwich. It was long, from one of the workers. Why is there no strict rules on this? Its unsanitary and grossed me out. Hairshould be tucked in especially long hair. Also, we shared the avocado sandwich (needed more flavor) personally not wanna eatagain, the tunacado (usual, good) and the spicy tuna (good but found a hair in it) which ruined it and makes me not wanna comeback. The condiments were not well stocked like the napkins and the bathroom did not have toilet seat covers. It was not busyat all, so I?m not sure if you just need third person or what. Loved the avacado sandwich! The bread was slightly extra baked but except that it tasted great
The first time I waited my coffee Ave sandwich for 35 minutes... The second time I was there I got a cold coffee... it was... supposed to be hot. I asked to warm it up, and the barista answered he wouldn't do it for me. It was 7:45. They still had 15 minof working time. Worst experience ever. $6.60 coffee can't be warmed up !?! Seriously!? Possibly the worst location I?ve been to. Ordered a juice and a tunacado and waited 20 mins for it to come out when there were... no other orders ahead of me. One of the workers went to the bathroom for a full 10 minutes and the other was standing aroundwithout taking orders and a huge line forming. I ordered a Green Sport juice and it had chunks of leftover carrot on thebottom?? Consider closing this location it?s embarrassing Read more
