And we?re done here. I waited at curbside for 10 minutes. Walked in to check on the order. It was ready but still took another... 10 minutes for them to give it to me. Needless to say my food was cold. If this were Chick-fil-A, the employee would haveoffered to remake it for me. No drinks were provided. When I got the cups, no ice tea was on the counter. The bag only had ahamburger, chicken nuggets and fried. It was missing ranch, ketchup, fruit chews, and napkins. One of the employees said theycalled for me 3 times. I was in the restroom for 2 minutes, but I never heard them. Also, it was curbside. Why didn?t they justtake it to my car? I?ll eat McDonalds before I ever eat at Whataburger again. Their food is horrible but at least they aretimely and can get my order right. Read more

First The napkin you see was what I wiped off the table immediately after one associate cleaned it second had to get up and ask... for napkins twice due to the employees refusing to refill dispenser even after I brought it to their attention third had to askfor ketchup twice before it was finally brought to me And would you look at the burger that was presented to me as ameal Usually I say in a Whataburger review that they never disappoint...however this visit is by far the worst encounter EVER!! Good customer service. I asked that my patty melt be cut in half because it is so large and they did it, I also asked for... American cheese instead of the white cheese and they changed it for me. Got my food fresh and fast. Loved it! Read more

Brought my grandson and his friends here after the movie's. First time I have been to this Whataburger. Have to give a big... thumbs up to all the late night crew!!
