We drove from Houston to Dallas and stopped this Panda for late lunch around 2 pm. One of their employee took the msn's restroom... for more than 10 mins, which he already in there while I arrived, I had to use Lady's room after My wife and daughter used, andhe still in men's after I finished. When we order meals, the lady only gave a little portion for each one, we visit Panda morethan once almost every week, this portion is not worth the money we paid, after ordered, the cashier is their manager, I askedher four cups for water, she wanted to charge me 50 cents per one, I ordered meals, I paid by AMEX Gold card and not dressedlike homeless, this is not how American treat their customer, even not Panda's way, especially I used to work in Panda, so thisis totally wrong. The picture I posted is how much they gave for a portion, not even cover half of the rice or noodle. TheTeriyaki chicken I ordered, the lady was lazy to cut from whole chicken breast, she pick some smaller pieces from the pot andbecause of long reheat time, those pieces were dry and overcooked or burned. This location's manager has very big problem ofmanaging this store. We went to the Collin Street Bakery next door after Panda, their service was like heaven compares withPanda's like hell. If you need to stop by Corsicana, never visit this Panda Express. Read more

2nd time here girl working here barely putting any food on the to go box. Noodles are so short I have to use a spoon. Had to... tell the girl to add more food. Waste of money and time! Will not go to this location again! NEVER! Read more

These guys barely put food on the plate. If you're hungry make sure to double order your food, it's the only way to leave here... satisfied. The service was good and fast but that's about it. Read more

Tried to do an online order 45 minutes before the closed, wasted 15 minutes of our lives that we will never get back! Showed up... an the door at 8:25 and the door was locked and the manager said they had to close early! If you are a National chain then abideby the hours posted on the door and your website! The employees at this location are only worried about going home early and notabout customer service! I will not even think about ordering food from them! Read more

They messed up my order and its a whole trek getting back to this place. The chicken was chewy and the rangoons undercooked.... When I went back I just wanted a refund, I gave everything back. The manager refused the drinks and only refunded us a part ofour order, even though they messed it up. Terrible customer service and food service. Not sure how somehow you always mess upwhite rice and fried rice, STEAMED WHITE RICE does not sound like FRIED RICE. How cheap can you be to charge me for drinks yourefused to take back? I bet if you had this happen to you lady you would want all your money back! Read more
