Absolute worst experience ever at Chick-fil-A. I was second car in line. Employee (who turned out to be manager), hung out... window for several minutes chatting up car ahead of me. I impatiently tapped (yes tap) my horn and they wound up conversation. When I got to window, manager "swiped" my card and said it didn't go thru (may have said decline, I don't remember). I ask herto do it again and she said same thing. I paid cash for my chicken biscuit, and when I tried to eat it biscuit crumbled in myhands and was obviously not fresh. I called assistant to have her call credit card company to see why they declined. They hadno record of swipe. Read more
Sadly, Chick-fil-A is becoming a victim of its own success. I am NOT a regular for two reasons. Even though ordering staff... come to your car to order, in an effort to speed you through the drive thru, I often feel like I?ve pulled into a desperate carshowroom and I?m pounced upon before I?ve even pulled to a halt. Secondly, their actual knowledge of the menu, is often lessthan my own and, because of the queues of cars that I?ve now entered, I often feel obliged to order something, anything, just tokeep that horrible traffic line from venturing to the main road. Even if that means I?m second guessing the menu, when it?s on aboard 6 or 7 cars ahead. Other patrons creep forward, flicking over cell phone menus and that?s not good for anyone. I don?tbelieve that there isn?t rear end shunts galore on a daily basis. As for the food, well, for the most part, it?s an over pricedlump of chicken fried or grilled, and placed, with one slice of lettuce, into a rather sad bun. They DO have wraps, nuggets andtenders. While they are each well cooked, value for money isn?t really there. The soup too is ok, if a little salty, but again,beginning to price itself outside of other alternatives. Read more
I ordered some chicken nuggets and i had never eaten at Chick-fil-A before Mann, they were delicious ???? they were not just... chunks of batter and not dried out like i had at burger king the week before. I will definitely come back Read more

My family and I are new to the area. I personal am a Chick-fil-A fan and will always find one in the area that I live that I... will frequent. In the pass I would drive 30 mins to an hour to go to the one I liked most because I didn?t like the serve of theothers around me. With that being said I am a big fan of this location. I had one bad experience and they handled it with ease.The employees are very respectful and courteous. Not just to me but other customers (because I watch everything going on aroundme). My little person is very vocal about what he likes and don?t like so when ordering food the employees address him andlisten to him when he is speaking (he is 7 y/o). I like that he is treated with respect as well. Glad that their play area isopen as well. Read more
Location is right of the Interstate. It is easy to get in and out. It is a big location and very clean. There was a play area... for the younger children. This will try to ba a regular place to visit when traveling along this area. The food and drinks werelike any other Chick-fil-A. The service was great and the employees were very friendly. Read more
They were quick to take our order and the food was ready in a very short time and as always the food was so good.
