We just discovered this place today and we?re delighted. Kenisha and her husband came to our table multiple times and were so... friendly. He had us try some deep fried grits which were absolutely amazing! I got the Dave which was carne adovada on a bluecorn waffle. The sweet and savory was a great contrast. My wife got the Corrales Sunrise with turkey sausage, eggs, waffle, andgreen chili (the chili was really good!) my son got the Nutella and banana waffle. Oh yeah and they gave us some benêts forfree for the table too! Wonderful place. Please come support these kind folks and eat their yummy food! We love this place!! Try the DAVE...Carne adovada with a blue corn waffle. Add an egg if you like. The adovada is really tender... and spicy. The blue corn waffle is so good. The whole thing was drizzled with syrup...spicy and sweet and perfect!! Owners weregreat, staff and service were great! Read more

I had the corrales sunrise its was good but the way the person cooking cooked the bacon AMAZING the fat was not fatty (yk) it... was crispy and I'm picky about bacon so I approve:). Read more
Great food nice people. I had the blue corn Berry Crunch waffle with eggs, cheezy grits and bacon. It was excellent! The waffle... was so good it didn't even need syrup. I will be going back tomorrow and this time I'm taking my husband. Great breakfast/brunchspot. Definitely worth checking out. Read more
I love waffles. That's part of why this place was so disappointing. I ordered the "No mas bagel", an egg over easy, and bacon.... They were out of bacon so I ended up with sausage patties. Waffle was pretty boring, normal waffle, a little sweet with somesome syrup on it and just two literal gobs of cream cheese, just scooped right out of the bucket. Presentation 1/10, flavor4/10. Waitress also brought out a scrambled egg, and when I asked the waitress she told me I ordered scrambled (receiptactually did show over easy when I was paying). Never got my sausages, had to ask the waitress at the end of the meal. They wererubbery, and salty. Sorry to say because I love supporting local, but skip it. Read more
Great experience at Waffology! They had some great tasting blue corn waffles WHICH was dedicated gluten free. I have celiac so... it's hard to eat anywhere but this place did well for me. Also they have gator which my partner got and she mentioned it was thebest she's had since she lived in GA. We got to meet the owner who was also wonderful but they mentioned they had two otherrestaurants that we intend on trying. Thanks again for great service and food. Read more
