Absolutely, horrible customer svc. After waiting 40min and noticing another guest that had ordered AFTER us, we inquired if our... order would be up soon. After a couple of minutes we were informed our ticket had been lost and our order had not been started-w/o an apology- we did advise we wanted a full refund. A seemingly annoyed Mgr did refund our money-again w-o a kind word orapology- we generally expect a lengthy time to receive our food from this particular restaurant and were willing to wait theinitial 28min estimated time originally given but this was ridiculous. Was told on the phone the wait was an hour, this is not unusual. Every time I have ever gone to eat at wing stop you have to... wait that long. I waited 6 minutes on hold to order and waited the hour went to pick up my order and the girl working at thecounter would not even speak to me, when she finally did I gave her my name and she handed me a bag with the wrong order. Ifound out at home. I didn't even fill my cup because they had somebody standing at the drink machine who was either drunk orstoned out of there mind. Every time you walk in one of these places all the employees have a look of complete loss, as if theirall lost. And there attitude go along with there lost look on there face. There is no management. And, whoever owns this storecould care less about there business. If you want wings find somewhere else to eat. Read more
Took 45 minutes to get us 8 wings and a sandwich while other customers were in and out. We ordered for dine in and they gave it... to us in to go bags and you can tell it'd been sitting there. Read more
Walked in and it was busy, we understood. Antteeyunia said it would be up to 40 min wait. We had time to kill so we said it?s... okay. She looked like she didn?t wanna be there. We waited til 8:20 to ask if our food would be done soon, she said ?It?s theseasoned fries? I said okay? we waited another 10 minutes and my sister in law asked them if they could put it to go now becausewe had to leave. 10 minutes later they called our name. We got up from our table and decided to refill our drinks before wegrabbed our bags (no lids btw) and not a split second later the older man in the back took our order from the to go pick up andplaced it on a shelf. We waited to get Antteeyunia?s attention and told her they took our order back. She brought it back to theorder area not even a smile nothing. If you don?t know how to treat customers you really shouldn?t be the face of the company. Iknow the couple beside us was saying a bunch a stuff about how the staff treated his order as well. So we leave the restaurantand we get home. It?s about 5-10 mins away? everything is cold. We don?t intend on going back to this location. It's not bad, I like the 70cent wing deal on Monday and Tuesdays. Most of the time they're good but sometimes they fake the... chicken with breading. Too much breading, there was even a few pieces that were all nothing but breading. Only happened oncethough. Breading needs to chill though. Read more
I've never had Wingstop before until a friend bought some. I loved the fries and ranch dressing. I decided to order some today... and these are what I received.. These are gross!! Old grease? Recooked?? No idea but they are disgusting! Read more
The food is always great here, I?m only writing a review because the cashier took my debit card out of my hand and inserted it... into the card reader when I was going to pay. This was very unprofessional and made me feel like she thought I was incompetent.It threw off my entire mood of even wanting to be there. I?m sorry if she was having a bad day. It just felt so rude.
