Food is always great. They try to work fast to get your food to you, but they are always busy. It's worth the wait.
It took forever to get our food and they didn?t even offer us our drink that we had already paid for while we waited for our... meal. The veggies didn?t look fresh or appealing and the wings were just ok. This shopping strip seems rather sketchy. Iwouldn?t take my family here to dine in. Ordered online for pickup. Went in to pick up order and waited for it to get done. Drove straight home to find out I was shorted... four wings, my fries were old and cold. My rolls were cold, my wings had no seasoning. I called the restaurant. They wanted meto bring the food back. I live in Flour Bluff and get up at 3:30 in the morning for work. It's not my fault they messed up myentire order. Poor customer service, manager, Timothy has no idea how to deal with customers. Doesn't even answer the phoneprofessionally... He answered with "Hello" and when I started talking, he put me on hold for eleven minutes before telling me hewasn't going to do anything to make it right. Read more
One cashier was nice and tried helping us to the best she could while the other cashier who was just plain rude to everyone,... stopped her from helping us to tell her rudely she can't do that for us. The impression she gave was that she didn't want to bethere and didn't care what anybody wanted. Some of my items were not in my bag and what was in my bag wasn't even worth themoney. Definitely will not be going back to this location. They really need an actual manager there to watch over the employees. Read more
The worst service ever. The manager veronica was so rude. The store forgot many of my food iteams. The wings and fries were... cold. I called and asked them to replace the bad iteams. She said you could purchase more. I was upset and went up to the store.The manager and cook were outside getting high and drinking beer from inside. She belligerently told me to F off. Who tells a71 year old lady to F off. Don't go to this place these are horrible people. I'm going to call the health department to take alook at what they do there because they have some sever sanitary issues as well. Tried the Thigh bites for the second time. They were bone dry and overcooked. Burnt breading taste that I could not get over. ... Second time I tried to order these, so shame on me. But at $12, I?m gonna complain this time. Online order was quick and easy,order was placed and I picked up and was back home and within 20 mins. Read more
Over all it was a good experience. The only problem with this restaurant is that there is only one guy in the back cooking. The... cashiers were distracted just conversating. I doubt there was a manager on site. If there was, he/she needs to be fired for notbeing present. The guy cooking did an awesome job. Always love the old pilot days atmosphere! However, like any other Wingstop location, the waiting times are a little long.... Sometimes, you're having to wait 40 minutes to an hour. I do love their wings and fries. But the waiting time NEEDS somedefinitely significant improvement. I don't like waiting too long for my food. If you don't mind waiting, then I absolutelyrecommend Wingstop to anyone. The locations are all consistent and amazing in the food, however. This location, never had a badexperience with them.
