The regular wings, boneless wings, tenders and fries were all hot fresh and delicious. Ordering on the app was easy. Pickup was... convenient and our order was accurate. Read more
One of the worst fast (hahaha) food experiences I've ever had. Did an online order via their app early in the afternoon and... scheduled it for 7 pm pick up. Got there at 6:45 pm and was told my order would be ready in 10-12 minutes. At 7 pm I asked if my7pm order was ready yet. They said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I asked what the problem was and was told it's becausetheir so busy. Finally got my 24 piece Family wing order at 7:18. pm. Again I asked why it took so long and she just shrugged. Iasked to speak to the manager. The clerk went to the back and when she returned she said the manager was busy and it might beawhile before they could talk to me, so I left. After less than 5 minute drive home I was ready to eat my wings. Thedissatisfaction continued. The Buffalo sauced wings were overcooked, hard, dry, and tough. The fries were undercooked and soggy.So much for my Wingstop meal. The store was very disorganized and chaotic. And with no order display system they were constantlyinterrupted by the crowd of waiting customers checking on their orders. Think I'll find another place for wings as Wingstop hassuch little concern for their customers. Read more
Wings are always good but everytime I do a online order and I come to pick my food up I always get it 30 minutes later. The sad... part is I'll come 15 minutes after the expected time the food should be ready by. 3x this happened so I'm sure it's my last timear this Wingstop. Read more
Great food but if you order online from here give them an extra 20-30 minutes longer than the time the app tells you the food... will be ready. It will save you from waiting inside. I ordered from here all the time and this has not changed I'm the year orso since I started ordering from this location. Read more

The wings are always good, but the understaffed location and wait time is awful. "Cooked to order" is one thing - being put on... hold on the phone for 20 minutes and then giving up and having to order online just to wait two hours to pick up, get there, andthe order still isn't ready is another. Mind you, this was one order. Nothing crazy, not for a large party - literally just onecombo. And it's been a fiasco of trying to order and waiting for the order for over two hours. I don't think I'll come to thislocation again for a while until they can hire more staff and improve the wait time. It just makes it not worth it. And it'sdisappointing because this location is the best one for food quality out of all three in the area. Long story short, best foodquality - worst wait time as it seems this location isn't interested in hiring help to compensate for it's foot traffic. Read more
