Under cooked fries used to be a good place, but I think they are hiring just too many young ones acting silly, unprofessional,... flirtatious with each other seems more like a McDonald's than good ol' Whataburger it used to be. Needs to hire maybe 30 andover and leave the kids to McDonald's. Stopped coming here and started going to a more mature atmosphere for a real burger! Read more
Only 2 things was we ordered shakes and didn't get the with our food. We waited till we were leaving to get them and they... apologize and made them. The code lock on the bathroom is a pain in butt I don't understand why they have code locks onbathrooms. They give you the code though Read more
We went to the drive thru and needed 3 separate orders. They told us they could only do 2 but when we got to the window, they... took care of it and did the 3. Food was great as always. We'll be back for more. Read more
Fresh warm food. Excellent customer service by senior lady at counter made my day
I'm a regular customer, go at least 2-3 times a week. I order the same thing but I decide to order different the employees ... make too much comments. I.e. what you're not getting the same thing what's going on? What are you sure you want to trysomething else? Are you sure about your order? Tooooo many comments and it makes me feel uncomfortable. They must?ve lost the salt shaker. My fries had none. Literally none at all. Forgot 1 drink we asked for before we left and... didn?t get the ketchup we had asked for. The 3 stars are for the burger which was delicious. Wouldn?t come back there though. Read more
My husband and I were coming back from our vacation and, decided to grab a bite to eat. After placing our order, we waited... almost an hour to get our food. I'm not mad at the cashier, because, I felt that she was overwhelmed by more and more peoplecoming in and the place was packed. I think the cashier did her best! She took on all the overwhelming situation and she didn'tquit. We did get our food and we didn't get mad at her because, we knew it wasn't her fault. I felt really bad for her, yet, wasvery proud of her for NOT giving up!!! She's a strong girl and I'm very proud of her!
