This most recent visit through the drive-thru was absolutely terrible. They managed to forget a chicken strip box, a medium fry,... a medium root beer, & gave us 2 unsweetened teas instead of 2 sweetened teas. Very disappointing performance. They Were Quick With My Order But The Fries Were Soft And Soggy So I Gave Them 3 Stars For Speed But 2 Stars For Quality... Control. No One Wants To Eat Soggy Fries?. & We Don?t Want To Have To Buy McDonalds Fries To Substitute Whataburgers Fries. Read more

This location has been serving this McDonalds quality craftsmanship for a while now. That's 3 strips of bacon just slapped on... one side, then the pickles in a stack on the other. It shouldn't be necessary for us to take the burger apart and rebuild itEVERY visit. This laziness isn't what whataburger teaches its employees and I'm sure leaves many dissatisfied with theexpectations we have of this Texas brand. Read more
I don't understand how people who work at this location can mess up food. I asked for jalapeños and cheese with my #10 and my... wife wanted cheese. I didn't get either and she didn't get cheese. The people on drive through need to input the order correctlyso, people working the board can make the meals properly. Read more
I thought I would give Whataburger another try? The burgers are delicious and the service is great if you go to the right... Whataburger. This is my salad with grilled chicken; it was plentiful and surprisingly tender for a fast food joint.Unfortunately the herb vinaigrette was so sour it really overwhelmed the taste of all of the fresh vegetables and fresh chicken.Whataburger might want to check this dressing out and see if can be improved.
