Employees are so rude and they were charging us a full meal when we asked for only the burger. Then they tried refunding me... cash, BUT I paid credit card? That was very sketchy. Love or hate it Whataburger is just part of Corpus Christi living! You will either be outvoted by your lunch group or pushed... toward one by visiting relatives but even the non-fan has to admit, you know what to expect when it comes to the food andservice. Regardless the location. So even when we have to give in to the Whataburger meal, we know it's good! Read more
Popped by to pickup a quick bite. Only 2 cars in the drive thru in front of me. Should have been pretty quick? nope!! Had to... have been the drive thru for about 15min. This location just always seems to be slow. Gravy is watery. Read more
Dining is small and parking lot should had been thought about a little bit for big trucks. Food was good and customer service... was great. Manager needs to wash his hands as soon as he left the bathroom and entered the kitchen area despite washing hishands in the bathroom. Read more
Waited long time to order. Cashier thought order was pickup & it was dine-in. Waited 30 minutes & had to get food ourselves.... Soda had no fizz & was completely flat. Store looked very dirty. All the tables were dirty. Drive thru line was not even moving.Same people were in line entire time we ate our meal. Kitchen had tons of staff. Read more
Ordered food at 10:17. Received food at 10:42. You would think it would be hot. NOT EVEN CLOSE!! Warm food is to much of a... compliment. My food was cold so if it was ready and cooling down, why did it take so long? Nothing was hot. Then to top it off,they forgot my onion rings!! This is a horrible Whataburger. Burger was cold, meat had taste and very thin meat. Bread tasted old like a cardboard. We asked for everything on our burger but... it had more mayo, no cheese. We two ordered onion rings and they put one fries which were cold. Will never buy a burger at whatburger again. Read more
The drive-thru was quick. Didn't have any problems with it. Food was good, the fries were a little tough and chewy for the... standards of Whatafries. They were slightly cold, too. However, the burger was good and was made right. Read more
