Went in the drive thru about 3 weeks ago, got our order wrong. Went back to get it corrected, wasn?t upset because mistakes... happen. Manager input order and everything was fine. We waited about 20 minutes for the order which we found strange, it wasjust 2 burgers. Come to find out they made the wrong order AGAIN. We went back inside and told the manager and he got upsetseeing us back in there and accused us of getting it wrong! He then saw the mistake he made and didn?t even apologize, justlooked so annoyed and sighed back at the kitchen. Like I said, I understand mistakes happen but there?s no reason to be rude.Maybe it?s because we?re teenagers but he treated us like we were inconveniencing him. Food Great! Service not good at all. We were first in line and it took almost 15/20 mins for 2 egg sandwiches. The man at door... wasn't nice friendly did say sorry for the wait.. You can't go wrong with Whataburger!!! Tried the new breakfast bowl and it was delish!! Would have preferred the biscuit served... separately (bottom half was served under the eggs and gravy) but that's just my preference. Read more
The food and staff were great. It had been a long time since I had eaten there and it was nice to get to have it again.
