They kept bringing us and giving us the wrong food. We ordered a double small burger with cheese and onion rings. We got a... single burger with no cheese and french fries. After that we got a double burger with cheese and french fries then on the thirdtry we finally got what we ordered, this was a long arduous task just to get a hamburger and onion rings, and a drink. Excellent place. Very nice workers. One of my favorite places to go to out of a few whataburgers. PS every now and then I see a... Karen here ??????????? please don?t. Go home with all that. Lots of regulars like myself like coming here and we have no issueslike ever. Most of them are young and handle orders and people as best as they can. I would subtract stars if I could, this restaurants manager says allot for why her staff is unprofessional and degrading too... others today I left there feeling genuinely hurt by there Manager Stephanie, for uncalled for sarcastically,cruel behavior thatleft me feeling embarrassed and insignificant. I was totally crushed and saddened by how some people abuse there authority toothe length of showing and characterizing customers by patronizing or displaying ones superiority by bestowing unnecessarilycruel and demeaning behavior toward others. It's disturbing how hard it is nowadays to find genuine human common courtesy. and Iam very fond of the Whataburger restaurants but if these are the kind of people that are going to be representing that name I'drather take my hard-earned money somewhere else. The people inside literally wanted to tell me how to speak in my own car In the drive-through while I was talking to myself and... I happened to have the window cracked and they wanted to give me a little bit of What for because of what I said but excuse mefor thinking that in my own vehicle I had the sense of privacy to say what I wanted to say about how I felt rather than dealingwith I'm sorry there's minors in my store and we are offended by what you Said rather than keeping quiet carrying onprofessionally and just making the food and letting me on my way we had to have a confrontation and it was not professional.I'll be caring corporate soon Read more
This location is honestly very poor in quality, timing, and mess up constantly on our orders. Several times our sandwiches look... like this. Being that this establishment is pricey the least they can do is put a sandwich together properly! Ita like theyforgot the other half of the lettuce! Just poor quality and constant let down. I love the bench at the front. The only problem I had while I was there was there was something slick all over the bathroom... floor. I had to slide my feet to be able to get around the bathroom. Read more
