Best little Mexican Buffet you can get in Corpus Christi,Tx! The food is amazing!
Why would you drive across town for a tiny buffet at the edge of nowhere? Because the food is that good. You KNOW that an abuela... is in charge of the recipes and watches everything. A co-worker took me to Mi Ranchita for lunch. The 1st time I went inside, I noticed a small place with a small buffet. There is... nothing small about the food! It is possibly the best Mexican food I have ever had! It was so good, I took another co-worker thenext day, and my husband and I met for lunch there the day after that!
