Ordering through the drive thru touch screen was no problem. There was only one other car in front of us, but it took forever to... get their order as well as ours. They got my husband's order wrong by giving him a six inch sub instead of the 12 inch heordered. Ordered an oatmeal raisin cookie and gave him a chocolate chip instead. I will never go to the subway again they have the most rude, unprofessional and uncaring manager. The other employees were all... very nice, courteous and professional. When I walked in the metal door handle was all rough and jagged and it caught my sweaterand pulled out some of the yarn. I actually mentioned this as soon as I walked in the door to the first lady who helped me and Iexplained to her about what happened to my sweater and the door and showed it to her she told me that I needed to talk with themanager. When I explained to the manager he told me he didn't have time for me he had other customers however there was onlyone other customer and she was still placing her order. When I asked him if he would please come and look at the door he told methere was nothing wrong with his door and again he did not have time to deal with me. I also had came in at the time with thecoupon to buy one foot long and get one free and I must have dropped it when my sweater got caught on the door. I did explain itto him and he told me it didn't really matter I didn't have and there was nothing that he could do about it. Which I dounderstand to some point however he didn't have to be so rude to me about it. Again I will not ever go to this Subway which ispretty sad because the other employees were also nice. Let me start out by saying that I typically do not leave reviews for huge chains. However, I have never had such a positive... customer service experience, from the initial visit with the manager, to the phone calls with the owner, all the way to thequality of the product we received, I can tell that these people genuinely care about what they're doing. My organization hadan event this past Friday, we ordered 100 sandwich boxes, we had initially given a time we needed delivery by, but the day ofthe event I added more sandwiches and every response I received was "not a problem sir" "we got you sir" "we'll take care of itsir". And still delivered on time! Professional and dedicated to their customer's needs. 20 out of 10 would recommend! I usually come here to this location whenever I?m wanting Subway during my lunch break and I usually have no problem with the... food or with the customer service but here recently the last 3 times I?ve been here, the customer service has not been great. Ijust left from there and the guy at the window, I didn?t catch his name, but he is african american and kinda tall, he waspretty rude. He didn?t say a word to me the entire time checking me out or giving me my food and shut the door hard as I saidthank you and I always order my sub toasted and every time it?s just way too soft to be considered toasted.
