Lots of new sandwiches but a long line if you have a 30 minute lunch.
This Subway doesn't seem to care enough to stay fully stocked. They were out of my usual bread choice, a couple of veggies... looked not so great and they said if I wanted sweet tea I'd have to sweeten it myself (which is not sweet tea, it's sweetenedtea). We were there at lunch time but they weren't busy and it took forever for anyone to even acknowledge us. It was anotherfew minutes before anyone took it order and there was no one else in line. I love Subway! This place has a really nice crew! It's clean and sanitized. I love their Tuna subway!
The person who helped me with my order wasn't very talkative and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was putting old... spinach on my sandwich order. To the point that you could see he didn't care to take it off. So I asked him to remove it. WhenI was placing my order he questioned me as if I didn't know what I wanted. Or as if he was unsure I wouldn't want it because ofthe price when I was trying to tell him to make another sandwich into a melt. He might have been relatively new. But you couldtell the woman working was doing everything to pick up for his pace. She was going between the back room cleaning and the frontregister. A lot of items were consistently beeping. The woman was friendly and made me laugh and could tell I was having issues.All in all not one of my best visits with this location. But I'm actively going to the subway off Brownsville. If I could never walk in here again I would. Terrible service therefore why I ordered thru the app so I just had to pick up.... Could help with my mobile order gave me An attitude while I was being polite. Went to the back to hide sandwiches and speak hermind to another co worker while I was still there. Just rude so of course I didn?t order anything else from there. Read more
This was absolutely the WORST Subway I have ever been to! The kid behind the counter had longish hair with no hairnet! He was... surly and did not mask his contempt for his job. He didnt give us napkins, nor did he cut my sandwich. He dumped my sandwich onthe counter and then moved on without a word! Then ignored me when I asked him to remake the sandwich I had already payed for! 3separate times! This is UNACCEPTABLE! He rolled his eyes and sighed loudly. And the below picture is the effort I received. Iasked for my money back and was greeted with the same roll of his eyes and sighing. The service is kind of slow but quality is great they do have 3 employees so it makes it easier. Great place, come visit !
I ordered a steak and cheese I got more cheese and green peppers and onions than meat on Italian and herb bread I got white... bread which I was not notified that they were out I would have order a different Bread and I ordered a tuna wrap it was so smallI've seen bigger wraps at other places I couldn't order the meal because your online would not add it on so I had to payseparately. We like subway but next time we'll go to Jersey Mike's. Your employee Jade didn't even know when a supervisor wouldin or their schedule which I feel any employee should have knowledge of this.
